Scotford Refinery Air Quality Assessment
Millennium EMS Solutions Ltd. was retained to assess the air quality impact of post-combustion emissions from the retrofitting of existing heaters at the Scotford Refinery to fire clean gaseous hydrogen fuel, replacing hydrocarbon fuel combustion.
Our modelling study included emissions from the entire Scotford Complex as well as the cumulative effects assessment from all non-project industrial emission sources within the catchment required in the Supplementary Air Quality Modelling Guideline for the Industrial Heartland Designated Industrial Zone.
